Gym together
Play along to the video using the same exercise we just demonstrated. We'll start at a one fret distance, then move to 2 fret distance. We can move up to 3 frets if you're comfortable as well. You can also start the exercise on fingers other than your index to work on their strength individually.

Lesson Summary
We continue our finger gym by playing our newly acquired exercise along with a drum track. We use permutations of the exercise to make sure we thoroughly work out all our fingers.
